Description
A sulky rake sits abandoned in wildflowers on Traver Ranch, Carrizo National Monument. This rake dates back to the early 1900's and was usually drawn by horses to cut hay. Traver Ranch was established in the 1940's and included 800 acres on the plain. The house still remains to this day. Copyright 2017, Kathy Yates.
