Description
Tidy tip daisies, goldfields, miniature lupine, and baby blue eyes blanket a field on Shell Creek Road, in San Luis Obispo County, California. Shell Creek Road is named for clam shell fossils found in the canyons on both sides of the valley. In springtime, this is a photographer's dream and was mine between mid-March and early April. I traveled there twice to experience it this year. Copyright 2019, Kathy Yates.

Nicely captured Kathy! I'm going out again tomorrow and, along with the flowers, hope to find some Burrowing Owls. L/F
