Description
Moorish architecture is on display in this courtyard at the Pena National Palace in Sintra, Portugal. The palace was once the home of King Ferdinand and was built as a Romanticist castle. It is now a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is surrounded by Pena Park which is a large forested area. Copyright 2018, Kathy Yates.
